• The villa is located in a natural, pine-filled and rocky landscape. Guests are advised to wear appropriate footwear when moving around outdoor areas.
• Due to the villa’s unique location close to the sea and within nature, occasional insects may be present, especially during the summer months.
• Mobile phone signal and internet speed may vary depending on weather conditions and network coverage.
• Access to the beach is via a short private path. A large part of the path runs within the property and is illuminated; however, guests are kindly asked to remain attentive at all times. Please note that the section of the path outside the property is not lit, so extra care is advised, especially after sunset.
